Where is Blue Heron Motel located?

We are located in the heart of Mermaid Beach, at 2323 Gold Coast Highway.

What amenities are included in the rooms?

Our rooms include free WiFi, Smart TV (Netflix/YouTube with your own account), fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, cuttlery and crockery, toaster, premium toiletries, hairdryer, iron & ironing board.

Do you have family-friendly rooms?

Yes, we have a larger family room that can accommodate up to 5 guests, with one Queen bed, one Bunk bed and a Single bed.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free on-site parking is available (subject to availability).

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, we offer a self-service laundry with a coin operated washing machine and a dryer.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed.

How far is the motel from the beach?

We are just a short 2–3 minute walk from the nearest patrolled beach.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is from 2 PM to 5 PM. If you arrive after 5 PM, a late check-in can be arranged. Check-out time is by 10 AM.

Is massage therapy available at Blue Heron Boutique Motel?

Yes, we offer massage therapy in our studio at the motel. Simply book your appointment in advance to secure your spot.
