Blue Heron Motel Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The Blue Heron Motel Loyalty Program (“Program”) is open to all guests who make reservations at the Blue Heron Motel through our official website, blueheronmotel.com.au

2. Qualification for Free Night:

• To qualify for a free night, participants must make a minimum of two separate bookings, each consisting of at least one consecutive night’s stay, through blueheronmotel.com.au

3. Exclusions:

• The free night cannot be redeemed for stays on Saturday nights, public holidays, or during school holidays.
• Reservations made via phone, special business rates for business travellers and regular guests, and bookings made via our website using promo codes are not eligible for the Program.

4. Booking Requirements:

• Participants must book directly through blueheronmotel.com.au without using any promo codes to be eligible for the Program.
• Bookings made through third-party websites or agencies are not eligible for Program benefits.

5. Earning and Redeeming the Free Night:

• After completing two separate eligible bookings, participants will receive one complimentary night stay.
• The free night must be used within one year from the date of issuance.
• The free night is subject to availability, and blackout dates, including Saturdays, public holidays, and school holidays, apply.

6. Redemption:

• To redeem the free night, participants must contact the Blue Heron Motel directly and follow the provided instructions.

7. Non-Transferable:

• The free night and the Loyalty card are non-transferable and can only be used by the participant who earned them.

8. Cancellation Policy:

Standard cancellation policies for individual bookings apply to all reservations made within the Program.

9. Program Changes and Termination:

• Blue Heron Motel reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

10. Privacy:
